Free Shipping in Italy.

Our products are shipped free of charge via the GLS courier. Shipments take 2–3 business days in 99% of cases. We guarantee real-time shipment tracking via an email containing the tracking code.

Returns and Exchanges in Italy.
For shipments within Italy, the handling fee for the first exchange (size/model) is free, while the handling fee for a return (refund) is €7.90.

Shipping to Europe (Austria, France, Germany, Portugal, Spain)
We also ship to France and major international locations for a fee of €9.90. International shipments usually take 3–5 business days and are fully trackable in real-time via email with a GLS tracking code.

Returns and Exchanges via SDA Courier (Europe and International)
For shipments to Europe and international locations, the handling fee for a return (refund) or an exchange (size/model) is €7.90.

How does GLS shipping work?

The GLS courier makes a first and a second delivery attempt for every shipment. If the recipient is absent during the second attempt as well, the shipment will be held at the local GLS depot.

Note: Remote areas and smaller islands are excluded from free shipping.
