​You can exercise your right of withdrawal by filling out the form above directly online. The guided procedure requires only two steps: simply enter the requested information and click "Continue" to submit the request. At the end of the process, you will receive an automatic confirmation email as proof of receipt.

​To ensure your refund is approved, the footwear must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. Specifically: It must not have been worn, used, or damaged. It must have all original tags intact and attached. It must be placed in its original box. ​Tip: Please include a note inside the box with your name and order number to help us expedite your request.

​Shipping via our courier: We handle everything via SDA courier at a cost of €7.99, an amount that will be deducted directly from your final refund. (Service excluded for islands and remote locations).

​Independent shipping: If you prefer, you can ship privately using a carrier of your choice. In this case, we will send you our warehouse address via email as soon as the request is approved.

​Once we have received the footwear at our premises and verified that it is in perfect condition, we will process the refund for the products within 7 business days. The refund will be automatically credited to the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
