Exchanges and Returns

1: HOW TO REQUEST A CHANGE:

The exchange can be made within 14 days from the delivery date. The first size exchange is free. Brand Silver's customer service will send you a shipping label for the product's collection and provide instructions on how to package it. To initiate an exchange request, simply contact us on WhatsApp at 3278217015.

3. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

You can return your item within 14 days of delivery using our return service for €7.99, or you can ship it privately with your own carrier to the address we provide. To return your item and receive information on how to proceed, send a WhatsApp message to 3278217015 or an email to info@brandsilvers.com

If you choose our service, which includes: collection of the goods by SDA courier (excluding islands and remote locations), it is important to include a note inside the box with your name and surname or the order code. We will then provide you with all the assistance possible to make the return process very simple and hassle-free.

If you requested a return and paid for your order by cash on delivery, you can receive a refund via bank transfer to your current account. Those who chose to pay in advance will receive a refund using the same payment method used for purchasing on the website.

NB The refund will be equal to the internal value of the goods, excluding shipping costs and cash on delivery.

4. ITEM PACKAGING AND PRODUCT SHIPPING:

Pack the items with the same materials: paper/cardboard, plastic or bag.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, intact and not soiled/worn, within 14 days of placing the order.

All returned products will be inspected by BRAND SILVER'S and must meet all requirements. If all the terms and conditions set forth in its return policy are not met, BRAND SILVER'S reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund request.

4. NON-COMPLIANT ORDER:

In case of damaged product, send the return request via EMAIL or WHATSAPP with any photos

5. PRODUCTS BELONGING TO THE SALES SECTION:

SALE items cannot be refunded for cash, but only through a voucher that can be used for future orders on the site. Free exchanges are not available for products under €39.99.
