Exchanges and Returns

1: HOW TO REQUEST THE CHANGE:

The exchange can be made within 14 days from the delivery date. The first change is totally free (excluding products at a lower cost) , from the second change onwards the service costs €11.99. We will do everything for the change very quickly and easily. To start the exchange request, simply contact us on the WhatsApp support number 3278217015.

3. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

The return can be made within 14 days from the delivery date by taking advantage of our return service at a cost of €7.99 for a single package and €14.99 for multiple packages, or it is possible to ship privately with your own carrier, at the address we provide you. To make a return and receive information on how to proceed, you must send a message via WhatsApp to the number 3278217015 or by sending an email to info@brandsilvers.com

In case you choose our service which includes: collection of the goods by SDA courier (Excluding Islands and Disadvantaged Locations). Inside the box it is important to insert a card with your name and surname or the code of the order placed. We will therefore provide you with all possible assistance to make the return very simple and problem-free.

If you requested the return of the product and paid for the order by cash on delivery, you can receive the refund via BANK TRANSFER to your current account; while for those who have chosen to pay in advance, they will receive a refund with the same purchase method made on the site.

NB The refund will be equal to the internal value of the goods, excluding shipping and cash on delivery costs.

4. ITEM PACKAGING AND PRODUCT SHIPPING:

Pack the items with the same materials: paper/cardboard, plastic or envelope.

The products must be shipped in their original packaging, intact and not dirty/worn, within 14 days of the order being placed.

All returned products will be checked by BRAND SILVER'S and must comply with all parameters. If all the terms and conditions set out in its return policy do not comply, BRAND SILVER'S reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund request.

4. NON-COMPLIANT ORDER:

In case of damaged product, send the return request via EMAIL or WHATSAPP with any photos

5. PRODUCTS BELONGING TO THE SALE SECTION:

Items on SALE cannot be refunded in cash but only through the provision of a purchase voucher that can be spent on further orders on the site. The free exchange is not available for products under €39.99.
